Prizes rules
Eligibility
Access to prizes is available only to users with a valid account on an external licensed Platform.
All verification steps — including identity checks, location validation, and compliance requirements — are performed exclusively by the platform.
Entering a valid platform promo code confirms that the user meets the platform’s eligibility requirements.
Reward structure
Each Prize operates under its own defined conditions. The App clearly displays all relevant details, including:
Prize overview amount,
Prize completion date and time,
Points required per Spot,
Maximum number of spots allowed,
This information is always available within the Prize’s dedicated section.
Entry system
Points are exchanged for Spots to access active Prizes. The number of Points required per Spot depends on the specific Prize and is always shown in the App. Where allowed, multiple Spots may be used within the same Prize.
Fair use
To maintain integrity, access to a prize may be restricted or removed if actions are identified that undermine fairness, including:
Submission of inaccurate or misleading information,
Attempts to interfere with prize mechanics,
Behavior that negatively impacts other users.
Responsibility scope
The App operates independently from external Platforms and does not manage their services or systems. We are not responsible for technical issues, Platform availability, connectivity problems, or outcomes affected by incorrect Platform details.
Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming their connected information before accessing a Prize.
Updates and availability
Prize conditions, timing, or availability may be updated when necessary. A prize may also be discontinued if technical constraints or insufficient activity prevent proper execution. The most current Prize details are always available within the App.
