Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") define the conditions under which the Rainback iOS application (the "App") may be used. Accessing or using the App indicates acceptance of these Terms and applicable legal requirements. If you do not agree with the Terms, use of the App must be discontinued.

2. Eligibility and access

2.1 Age requirements

Use of the App is permitted only for individuals who meet the minimum legal age requirements applicable in their jurisdiction. By using the App, you confirm compliance with these age restrictions

2.2 App access and profile handling

The App does not require manual account creation or user registration. A basic internal profile may be generated automatically upon first use to support core functionality related to Prizes and app features.

The App does not use login credentials, passwords, or third-party authentication services. Any internal profile is associated with the app installation on a device and may be reset or removed if the App is deleted or reinstalled. We are not responsible for the loss of app-related data resulting from device changes, removal of the App, or reinstallation.

3. Use of the App

3.1 License to use

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for its intended functionality. This includes interacting with Prize-related features using Points and Spots in connection with external licensed Platforms.

Any use of the App outside its intended purpose, or in violation of applicable laws or these Terms, is prohibited.

3.2 Restricted actions

When using the App, you agree not to:

  • Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

  • Disrupt or interfere with app functionality or security.

  • Use automated tools or scripts to manipulate app features.

  • Attempt to bypass technical safeguards or access restricted areas.

  • Provide inaccurate or misleading information.

  • Allow unauthorized access or misuse of the App.

Failure to comply with these restrictions may result in suspension or termination of access.

3.3 Testing and beta features

During early development of beta (β) stage or testing phases, the App may include test-based Prize features that do not involve real Prizes or withdrawals. Such features are provided solely for system testing and evaluation purposes and do not create any entitlement, benefit, or compensation.

4. Intellectual property

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, and technical components of the App are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the App may be copied, modified, distributed, or used without prior written authorization

5. Points, spots, and third-party platforms

5.1 Points and prize access

The App uses Points and Spots to access Prize-related features.

  • Points are used within the App as part of its functionality.

  • Spots represent access to a specific Prize.

  • The number of Points required and the availability of Spots may vary depending on the Prize.

All Prize-related features are informational and managed within the App interface.

5.2 External platforms

Prizes shown in the App may be associated with external licensed Platforms. These Platforms operate independently and are not owned, controlled, or managed by us.

We do not:

  • Operate or manage external Platforms,

  • Control their services or availability,

  • Take responsibility for actions, rules, or outcomes on those Platforms.

Any interaction with external Platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. This includes, without limitation, technical interruptions, unavailable features, loss of points, Prize availability issues, or reliance on third-party services.

7. Suspension and termination

Access to the App may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated or if continued access is no longer appropriate. In such cases, unused points or pending Prize-related actions may be reviewed and discontinued.

8. Terms of Service updates

These Terms may be revised periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updated versions will be made available within the App. Continued use of the App following an update indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
